How to Return an Item If you would like to return an item, please email us at sales@giftree.co.za or call 072 171 9736 within 48 Hours of your purchase to initiate a return or refund. * Items must be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition, and must not have been used, worn, or damaged. * Returns are at the buyer’s cost and risk. You may use a courier of your choice to return the item to us.* Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets the conditions above. Damaged or Defective Items All our jewelry is carefully inspected and hand-packed before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@giftree.co.za with: * A description of the issue, and * Clear photos of the damaged or defective item. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective: * We will arrange collection at our own cost. * Once inspected, we will either: - Send a replacement (subject to stock availability), or - Process a full refund. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons For all refund and return requests, please make sure to reach out within the 48 hour window to ensure smooth processing.
